Northbeam

Polytomic connects to Northbeam using a Northbeam API Key and Data Client ID.

1. In Polytomic, go to Connections → Add Connection → Northbeam.

2. Enter your Northbeam API Key and Data Client ID.

3. Click Save.

You can switch the Instance dropdown to Test if you're creating a connection to Northbeam's test API.

Syncing from Northbeam

Use Polytomic's Bulk Syncs to sync Orders and Spend data from Northbeam to your data warehouses, databases, and cloud storage buckets like S3.

Syncing to Northbeam

Use Polytomic's Model Syncs to syncs orders data to Northbeam from your data warehouses, databases, SaaS applications, spreadsheets, and APIs.

Polytomic lets you sync to the following collections:

• Orders. When setting up the field mappings in Polytomic, note that the products field needs to be an array with a specific format as outlined on this page: https://docs.northbeam.io/reference/post_orders.
• Spend. The expected format of your source field mappings is listed here: https://docs.northbeam.io/reference/post_spend.
• Hourly Spend. The expected format of your source field mappings is listed here: https://docs.northbeam.io/reference/post_spend-hourly.
