Coupa

Polytomic connects to Coupa using a Coupa hostname, Client ID, and Client Secret:

1. Find your Coupa hostname in your Coupa URL. Your Coupa URL will be in the following format: hostname.coupahost.com or hostname.coupacloud.com. You will enter this hostname in Polytomic later.
2. In Coupa, go to Setup → Integrations → Setup → OAuth2/OpenID Connect Clients.
3. Click Create.
4. Select Client Credentials as the Grant Type.
5. Enter the following information for this client:
   • Name
   • Login
   • Contact First Name
   • Contact Last Name
   • Contact Email
6. Select the following read scopes:
   • core.accounting.read
   • core.approval.read
   • core.budget.read
   • core.business_entity.read
   • core.catalog.read
   • core.common.read
   • core.contract.read
   • core.contracts_template.read
   • core.easy_form_response.read
   • core.expense.read
   • core.integration.read
   • core.inventory.adjustment.read
   • core.inventory.asn.read
   • core.inventory.consumption.read
   • core.inventory.receiving.read
   • core.inventory.return_to_supplier.read
   • core.inventory.transfer.read
   • core.inventory.transaction.read
   • core.invoice.read
   • core.item.read
   • core.order_pad.read
   • core.pay.charges.read
   • core.pay.payments.read
   • core.payables.external.read
   • core.project.read
   • core.purchase_order.read
   • core.requisition.read
   • core.sourcing.read
   • core.sourcing.pending_supplier.read
   • core.sourcing.response.read

7. Click Save. This will show you the client ID and secret. Note both values (click Show to display the secret).
8. In Polytomic, go to Connections → Add Connection → Coupa.
9. Enter your hostname from Step 1 and your client ID and secret from Step 7.
10. Set the authentication method to Client Credentials:
