Freshservice

Polytomic connects to Freshservice using a Freshservice API key.

1. In your Freshservice portal, obtain your Freshservice API key by going to Profile Settings → Your API Key in the sidebar on the right. For more detail please review Freshservice's documentation.

2. In Polytomic, go to Connections → Add Connection → Freshservice.

3. Enter your Freshservice subdomain in Polytomic Subdomain field.

4. Paste your Freshservice API key in Polytomic's API key field.

4. Click Save.

Syncing from Freshservice

Use Polytomic's Bulk Syncs to sync from Freshservice to your data warehouses, databases, and cloud storage buckets like S3.

Use Polytomic's Model Syncs to sync from Freshservice to your other SaaS applications, spreadsheets, and webhooks.
