Polytomic connects to Freshdesk using a Freshdesk API key.

In your Freskdesk portal, obtain your Freshdesk API key by going to Profile Settings → Your API Key in the sidebar on the right. For more detail please review Freshdesk's documentation.

In Polytomic, go to Connections → Add Connection → Freshdesk.

Enter your Freshdesk subdomain in Polytomic Subdomain field.

Paste your Freshdesk API key in Polytomic's API key field.

Click Save.
