Configuring Intercom with Polytomic On Premises
You will need to register for a Intercom account and setup a new OAuth client for Polytomic.
Your valid redirect URLs must include {POLYTOMIC_URL}/connect/intercom.
Once you have set up the OAuth client, you will need to provide to Polytomic the following environment variables:
INTERCOM_CLIENT_IDINTERCOM_CLIENT_SECRET
You will need to ensure Intercom can communicate with Polytomic. Intercom publishes the IP ranges they use on their developer portal.
