Smartlead.ai

Polytomic connects to Smartlead.ai using a Smartlead.ai API key.

1. Obtain your API key by going to your settings page in Smartlead.ai:

2. In Polytomic, go to Connections → Add Connection → Smartlead.ai:

3. Enter your Smartlead.ai API key.
4. Click Save.

Syncing from Smartlead.ai

Polytomic can sync the following objects from Smartlead.ai:

• Campaigns
• Clients
• Leads
• Leads Message History

Use Bulk Syncs to sync Smartlead.ai data to your data warehouse, databases, or cloud storage like S3.

Use Model Syncs to sync Smartlead.ai data to SaaS applications like Salesforce, Intercom, and others.

Syncing to Smartlead.ai campaigns

You can use Model Syncs to add leads to Smartlead campaigns.

As with all other Model Syncs, you are able to:

• Sync to Smartlead.ai from any of your systems: data warehouses, databases, SaaS applications, spreadsheets, HTTP APIs, and cloud storage systems like S3, GCS, and Azure Blob Storage.
• Augment your synced fields with any fields from your enrichment providers (see an overview of this process here).

You can add people from your systems to any Smartlead.ai campaign. The steps do so are below.

Adding people records that don't already exist in Smartlead.ai

When using Polytomic to sync people records to Smartlead.ai campaigns:

• If the Lead record does not already exist in Smartlead.ai, Polytomic will create it first before adding it to your chosen campaign.
• If the Lead record already exists in Smartlead.ai, Polytomic will update its fields per your field mapping config before adding it to your chosen campaign.

As an example, let's consider this Users Polytomic model from a SQL source:

1. When setting up a model sync to Smartlead.ai, all your campaigns will be listed in the Target dropdown. Select the campaign you'd like to add leads to:
