Gladly

Polytomic connects to Gladly using a Gladly API token:

1. Generate a Gladly API token by following Gladly's instructions .
2. In Polytomic, go to Connections → Add Connection → Gladly.
3. Enter your Gladly domain, Glad user email address, and API token from Step 2:

4. Click Save.
