Factors.ai

Polytomic connects to Factors.ai using a Factors.ai private token and account domain:

1. Obtain your Factors.ai private token from your Factors.ai admin console.
2. In Polytomic, go to Connections → Add Connection → Factors.ai.
3. Paste your private token from Step 1 in Polytomic's API Key field. Also add your Factors.ai account domain:

4. Click Save.

Syncing from Facors.ai

Use Bulk Syncs to sync user events from Factors.ai to your data warehouses, databases, and cloud storage buckets like S3.
