Freshdesk

Polytomic connects to Freshdesk using a Freshdesk API key.

1. In your Freskdesk portal, obtain your Freshdesk API key by going to Profile Settings → Your API Key in the sidebar on the right. For more detail please review Freshdesk's documentation.

2. In Polytomic, go to Connections → Add Connection → Freshdesk.

3. Enter your Freshdesk subdomain in Polytomic Subdomain field.

4. Paste your Freshdesk API key in Polytomic's API key field.

4. Click Save.
