Polytomic connects to Freshdesk using a Freshdesk API key.

  1. Obtain your Freshdesk API key from your Freshdesk 'Profile Settings' page (see Freshdesk's documentation here).

  2. In Polytomic, go to Connections → Add Connection → Freshdesk.

  3. Enter your Freshdesk subdomain in Polytomic Subdomain field.

  4. Paste your Freshdesk API key in Polytomic's API key field.
