Airtable: The record ID will now be used as the stable unique identifier.

Pardot: Multiple matches for an existing Prospect are now all updated.
Redshift: Strings longer than the output column are now truncated.
Salesforce: In some circumstances SOQL queries would fail due to length; we now fallback to another API.
